My Long Lost LOVERS!!!...

I can read your minds, already!... I'm sure you're probably thinking..."Well I'll be damned! ...<tsk tsk tsk>... Look who decided to step up to the plate & POST!"  ...I mean, those are MY thoughts, too! It was high time I got my act together, right?!?! ... But the truth of the matter is

I'm in HIGH DEMAND!

You heard me! ... Everyone wants a piece of Mrs. Daily D! and I can't say I blame them wink... I've been busy helping BEAUTIFUL young women(like yourself) get their sexy-on! I get them on the (permanent!) path to *Health, Happiness, and Hot saWciness!* So please excuse my absence.

Moreover, I've been preparing for my Ladies-Only Holiday Dinner Party coming up THIS Friday! ...and I'm pulling out ALL THE STOPS, Dolls! I am doing EVERYTHING from planning the menu, to doing all of the shopping, decorating, baking, and duh COOKING! ALL. BY. MYSELF. EVERYTHING! ...I'm telling you, I was made for this sh*t!

And, FINALLY, the *BIG Moment* I've been waiting my whole life for-(not really, but I am THAT excited-no lie!)...Drum roll, please...

I get to use all of my our GORGEOUS wedding gifts! (Let's be honest here, Honey Buns doesn't give a flying you-know-what about china, silver, and crystal... But I do!)

Oh yes...I don't mess around. I'm doing things REAL good, over here! It's time to give a warm welcome to Royal Crown Derby, Cristofle, and Baccarat, Baby!

Mama J's Christmas Spritz Cookies

*You need a special cookie press to make these* You can buy them at William Sonoma --> http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/kuhn-rikon-cookie-press/?pkey=e%7Ccookie%2Bpress%7C1%7Cbest%7C0%7C1%7C24%7C%7C1&cm_src=PRODUCTSEARCH||NoFacet-_-NoFacet-_-All%20Nespresso%20Promo%20-copy%7CTop_Wide_free_shpping_extended-_-

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cups Flour

1 Cup Salted Butter

1/2 Cup + 1 T Granulated Sugar

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Almond Extract

1/2-3/4 tsp Salt

DirectionsPreheat Oven to 350 / Bake for 8-10 minutes (Check on them after 5. These bake very quickly because they're so small!)

Cream Butter, then add sugar until light and fluffy. Then, add egg, and vanilla & almond extracts. Beat well. Add flour & salt. Blend. Knead dough with hands, then divide dough into 3 parts (I use 3 different colors). Using food coloring, make one part pink, another green, and leave one plain. Then, insert dough into cookie press. Follow press directions. Decorate with colored sugar, sprinkles, or nonpareils BEFORE baking. Bake on non-stick cookie sheets!

These are, by far, MY #1 FAVORITE Christmas cookies! My Mom has been making these for as long as I can remember, and I always look forward to them every year! They're pretty easy to make, and stay fresh for days! We usually bake them a few days before Christmas, then store them in tins (lined with wax/parchment paper) at room temperature. (You can also freeze them).

BAM!

Now That's a wrap!

Until next time...Muchos Besisimos!!! kisskisskiss
