It's Wednesday, and we have a Long, HOLIDAY weekend ahead of us! Y'all should be jammed! yes ...(I don't think I need to make mention of the fact that I sure am!) winkwink


As much as I would like to milk this whole "holiday" thing as an excuse to be lax in the fitness department, my "holi-days" are OVER, Dolls! I'm done. Finished. That chapter, albeit fabulous, has come to a CLOSE. I'm taking a long holiday, away from holiday-ing! Don't get me wrong, I still am very much looking forward to spending quality time with my Family, I just won't be caving into any "let's be lazy" nonsense. Think you can convice me otheriwse?! ... Try Me! I'm a tough cookie, and when I mean business, I DO MY BUSINESS! I act!

Bonjour Poupées!

....Yeeeeeeeeah, that's right. We are in FRANCEY FRANCE FRANCE! ...The SOUTH, Baby! We're in one of my favorite places in the WORLD:

Saint Tropez

...To be exact! A very *special locale,* as it marks the birth place of "The Daily Dubie!" Very close to my heartheartheart smiley

It's also *.*PaRtAy CeNtRaL*.* !!! Sunshine, mega-yachts, and beautiful people-galore! Doesn't get much better than that! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!! Bottles will be popped all day and all night up in here, pumpkins! We've got to... 

LIVE. IT. UP!!!

And that is my health advice for the day!!! 

BREAKING THE RULES is a MUST for living a HEALTHY, HAPPY LIFE! 


...although, that's not to say that I didn't start my day off with a lean, mean, burning machine workout! I werked the room, lovers! And by that I mean I hopped, skipped, and jumped my way from machine to machine, for an intense, albeit quick, cardio session.

Good Morning Dollios! Happy MONDAY FUNDAY!

...That's what I'm talking about, Willis!...

So, after a whirlwind week, traveling back-and-forth across the country, you would think I would tell you that these buns are staying put for a bit, but Au Contraire!


I haven't had a chance to tell y'all sooner, but Mrs. Daily Dubie is headed to EUROPA starting this Friday!!! cool

Before you get yourselves in a bun-roll, worried sick that the DD will be on hold for two weeks, I'm here to provide reassurance that 

There will be posts!

...Of course I will be on vacation, but I have some spiffy new CMS features at my disposal, which will allow me to write posts in advance, only to post at a later time...In other words your eyeballs will still be able to play while Mrs.LDC is away!

Now, with that said, it is appropriate for me to explain my Murderous Treadmill workout this AM! ...

I was half-inspired (and I say "half" because in my first attempt at this workout, I was not mentally prepared to complete it in it's entirety) by the workout posted on @pbfingers --> pbfingers.com a few weeks ago.

However, in my quest to up-the-workout-ante this week, as I prepare for my European vacay, I was bound and determined to take it on this morning! ...and that I did!

Good (Sunday) Morning Lover Doves!

...I'm not sure how y'all feel about going to the gym on the weekends, but I am not a fan.

Instead, I like to find creative, outdoor (if possible), and fun ways to stay active! ....

LISTEN UP, as I take you through a chain of events that led to one of the best, spontaneous, ideas ever!

  1. I woke up feeling totally discombobulated - emotionally & physically - I was off the charts, and I felt it! ...
  2. ....We continued on with our day, were productive on the home-decorating front-(despite my having to regulate on a rude store employee)-and then went home to rest for a few hours because I felt like I hadn't slept in days, when in fact I got 8+ hours of sleep the previous night - what's up with that, Body?!?
  3. "Mrs. Crabbiest-of-the Crabby Constantiner" woke up from her mini-nap, and I knew then and there I had to TAKE CONTROL of this situation, and get my BUNS OUT THE DOOR, for goodness sakes!
  4. So...we geared up in exercise clothes, and walked over to the Westsiiiiiiiiide, Chelsea Piers area, where we originally intended on just walking along the water...
