Good Morning Petunias!

Let’s give it up for FRIDAY!!!

Woot! Woot! Woot! Woot! Woot! Woot! Woot!

Let me tell you why I’m exceptionally jazzed for this weekend, in particular.

  • Numero Uno: It’s going to be SUNNY!
  • Numero Dos: Honey Buns and I get to go see the BadGirl herself, aka RiRi, aka Rihanna, B*tches!
  • Numero Tres: It’s CINCO DE MAYO on Sunday! Which means…I get to rightfully indulge in some chips, salsa, guacamole and Skinnygirl margaritas!

Holy Heaven! Massively exciting, yes?

…Now, for the COOKIES!

This is a SUPER SIMPLE recipe for your basic ALLERGY-FREE Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

They’re -THE JAM- and made for every belly! yes

RECIPE

1.5 Cups GF Oat Flour
3/4 Cup GF Rolled Oats
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
1/4 Cup Raw Sugar
2/3 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 Cup Almond Milk
1/3 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well, form dough and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.

That’s it! Easy peasy!
