Cookie Time! Sweet Potato Style

COOKIE TIME POST!!!

Featuring…

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Cookies

MMmMMMmmMmmmMMm Gangsta Sauce!

Here’s the HOW-TO, Lovies:

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Almond Flour

1 1/14 Cup Oat Flour (Gluten Free)

1/4 Cup Raw Sugar

1/4 Cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 T Olive Oil

1/2 Cup Sweet Potato Puree

1/3 Cup Egg White

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life brand)

*Optional: 10 miniature marshmallows (all natural, gluten free)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients, mix with electric mixer. Use ice cream scoop to form cookies. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and 1 marshmallow at center of each cookie. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
