‘Sup Boos?

I would take a selfie right now, but I tried three times, and I look like a broke Ho. DELETE. Need to shower and put concealer on the permanent dark circles under my eyeballs.

Hot Pumpkin Spice Cereal

Trust when I say that it tastes better than it looks. If you’re a sweets person like me, this is pretty gangster…AND it fills you up forever. Win.

Annoying Facts about this Recipe:

It’s gluten-free

It’s all fucking organic ingredients

It’s high in protein

It’s seasonal (duh)

THE RECIPE:

1 Egg

1/2 cup pureed pumpkin

1/2 cup almond milk, separated

Cinnamon (however much you want – I never measure, I just sprinkle).

1 heaping T ground flaxseeds

1 heaping T of coconut flour

TOPPINGS

1 T semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 T raw cacao nibs (worst word ever = cacao)

2 T crunchy PB

HOW-TO:

Blend everything (but toppings). Heat frying pan over medium flame. Pour mixture into pan, scramble like eggs until light and fluffy. Pour into bowl, add toppings, then BOOM. Done. Eat.
