Hot Pumpkin Spice Cereal
Trust when I say that it tastes better than it looks. If you’re a sweets person like me, this is pretty gangster…AND it fills you up forever. Win.
Annoying Facts about this Recipe:
It’s all fucking organic ingredients
It’s high in protein
It’s seasonal (duh)
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
1/2 cup almond milk, separated
Cinnamon (however much you want – I never measure, I just sprinkle).
1 heaping T ground flaxseeds
1 heaping T of coconut flour
1 T semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T raw cacao nibs (worst word ever = cacao)
2 T crunchy PB
Blend everything (but toppings). Heat frying pan over medium flame. Pour mixture into pan, scramble like eggs until light and fluffy. Pour into bowl, add toppings, then BOOM. Done. Eat.
