Holy Afternoon Already Pumpkins!


…A wedding, four tequila shots and a flight later…

This sista is back in New York City!


Well, kinda….

I’m thrilled to report that my derriere will not be on board another aircraft until mid-December. That gives me TWO WHOLE MONTHS to get grounded, focus and take it full out with the Pilates practice.

Woop! Woop! Woop!


Today already, I’m two (Pilates) classes deep, and have two more hours of observation station to complete before I call a wrap on in-studio practice for the day. Talk about BUN BURNING CENTRAL! 

The training is intense, but I truly love it! I’m going to soak it all in, and try my best to enthusiastically ride the wave for the next six months. But more on that “wave” later this week! …

In the interest of time, I’m going to slice right into the cake today!

I present to you your much anticipated, never duplicated


Monday: I prepare your eyeballs for a week filled with tasty treats, digging deep, PLUS, a *BONUS SMOOTHIE RECIPE* (see below).

Tuesday: I share how you can enjoy your favorite “unhealthy” foods, healthily. Confused? Tune into tomorrow to find out how you can have your cake, and eat it too…WITHOUT any guilt (or BLOAT!).

Wednesday: It’s COOKIE TIME! I share my new bomb, diggity, gangster flourless chocolate pumpkin spice cookie recipe I created last week! Psst! It’s Gluten Free, Vegan, and Flat-belly friendly!

Thursday: Get out the hoes and shovels today, Pumpkin Lovers! We’re digging deep! I talk about the notion of “perfectionism,” and how it deters you from feeling happy, accomplished, confident and proud of who you are.

Friday: OOOoooh, Ladies. It’s a wild card, but I’m feeling a video coming on! Keep those ears and eyeballs glued to the Daily Dubie Channel so you can see what sort of deliciousness I have hiding up my sleeve.

Duh Duh Duuuuuuun…..Such a cliffhanger, no? wink

That’s all the juicy fruit I have in store for y’all today, Beautifuls! Now…I’ve got to pound some chicken soup and skedaddle on over to the Pilates studio again!

2 T raw cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
