Good Morning Pumps! (<--short for "Pumpkins"-duh)

Qua pasa?!? Today is all about putting the

FUNday into your MONDAY ! ! !

I imagine some of my grouchy readers rolled their eyes, or sighed at this idea, but you know what I have to say about that?!?!

Snap. Out. Of. It!

Negativity is terribly unproductive, so Callaté already, and get on the Happy Train with me! yes

...Now that everybody's moods are *brightened*, let's talk about

Movin' & Groovin' / Bun Burning / Breaking a Sweat / Kicking Booty ...or just plain

Working Out

I am proud to report that I pulled a whopping 45-minute cardio session out of left field this morning. It was nice. Felt amazing, and you can too! Make it your own by doing/integrating just 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes of it! Every change counts!

Take a look:

Fewf. I got exhausted all over again just typing that.

Now, In keeping with the the subject of working out, I am finally ready to share my beloved Pilates Studio with y'all -(I was being a bit selfish/stingy by keeping it a secret). After searching high and low for a studio that was up to my standards, I truly feel as though I found a jewel in

One Body Pilates

Website --> http://www.onebodypilatesnyc.com/

I work one-on-one with owner, Howard Schissler, who is just fantastic! As a past dancer himself, he is a technique-nazi, which has significantly improved my form, which in turn has affected the way I move my body (much deeper, at a more intense level), and my overall body awareness. If you live in the New York City area, I highly recommend OBP. It embodies everything that's missing from most pilates group classes. It's on a whole other level.

That's a wrap for now, Lovers!

Until next time...
