That is correct. I STILL have an obsession with AVOCADO! I just can't get enough, and lucky for me it's dayyyyyyum good for my Mind + Body + Soul.

For those new to The Daily Dubie, here is how to prepare my no-fail, AMAZEBALLS
GUACAMOLE!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Ripe (Organic) Avocado
Fresh Lime Juice
Himalayan Sea Salt
Red Pepper Flakes
Chopped Red Onion OR Quick Substitute: Onion Powder
Fresh Cilantro Optional
*Mash together all ingredients in molcajete, OR comparable bowl + fork.
**Taste test with a raw carrot, celery, cucumber, tortilla chip -hey even a finger works!
The Sweet Pepper and Red Onion give the guacamole a hint of sweetness, and added crunch = SCORE! ![]()
I always use (2) Small Food For Life Sprouted Corn Tortillas, and heat them stove top to form the perfect taco shell.
