Good Afternoon Delight, Dollios!

I am happy to report that...

We're still talking FOOD! smiley

I'm right here, right now, to share my (late) lunch with your eyeballs!

On the menu:

Guacamole & Sweet Pepper Tacos -(Raw + Vegan friendly)

That is correct. I STILL have an obsession with AVOCADO! I just can't get enough, and lucky for me it's dayyyyyyum good for my Mind + Body + Soul.

For those new to The Daily Dubie, here is how to prepare my no-fail, AMAZEBALLS

GUACAMOLE!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Ripe (Organic) Avocado

Fresh Lime Juice

Himalayan Sea Salt

Red Pepper Flakes

Chopped Red Onion OR Quick Substitute: Onion Powder

Fresh Cilantro Optional

*Mash together all ingredients in molcajete, OR comparable bowl + fork.

**Taste test with a raw carrot, celery, cucumber, tortilla chip -hey even a finger works!


The Sweet Pepper and Red Onion give the guacamole a hint of sweetness, and added crunch = SCORE! yes

I always use (2) Small Food For Life Sprouted Corn Tortillas, and heat them stove top to form the perfect taco shell.

Yet another delicious and satisfying meal in my belly! Happy Belly = Happy Dubie smiley
