On the menu:
Black Refried Bean Tacos with Salsa Fresca

To be more specific, here is a bit more detail about these babies...
Ingredients
- (2) Small Food For Life (Ezekiel) Sprouted Corn Tortillas, pan heated to a crisp!

1/2 Cup Fat Free Organic (Whole Foods brand) Refried Black Beans, heated - 1/4 Cup Salsa Fresca + 1/4 Cup Heirloom Tomato Salsa Fresca (I couldn't decide on one, so I chose both-one on each taco).
- Baby Carrots
...As much as I LURRRRVE French, Spanish, and Italian cuisine, I was having serious Mexican Withdrawals while away, so I've been loading up on my beloved guacamole, beans, salsa, and tacos-galore since being back....Ahhhhhhhhhhh...Feels nice, Dolls...mighty good that Mexican food is!
